Jumpstart Guide and Services

–NOT CURRENTLY ACCEPTING PERSONAL TRAINING AND MEAL PLAN CLIENTS–

Paleo can be hard when you’re just getting started. There’s an abundance of information out there, and sometimes it’s confusing or just plain overwhelming. The packages below that I offer are paleo meal planning services that take into account your individual likes, dislikes, and even macros. These plans will get you on the road to eating a diet comprised of real food. It’ll take the guesswork out of your week. How nice would it be to just go to the grocery store knowing that everything your buying–in specified quantities–has a purpose? How nice would it be to already know (on Sunday), what you’re going to cook on Thursday night? Keeping organized is probably one of the hardest parts about paleo–especially if you’re new. Now, you don’t have to be.

My Jumpstart Guide is a PDF of nearly 40 pages of templates, tips, and workouts to help you get organized with your lifestyle change. It includes tips for planning your own meals, scheduling templates, and dozens of workouts you can do at your local gym, at home, or even outside.

Whether you need a head-start, or you just know you have a busy week with kids and work, my meal plans can help you in a pinch.

I also offer a 4 week online personal training program. I am an NCCPT Certified Personal Trainer. I have worked with many clients at a local gym and have worked individually creating meal plans and training programs with a small number of clients. You can add on a personal training plan to your meal plan, or purchase it alone.

If you would like to purchase the Jumpstart Guide, meal plan or training plan:

1. Send payment via paypal to aliwentpaleo@gmail.com.

2. If you purchased the Jumpstart Guide, I will send the document to the email address associated with your paypal within 24 hours. If you purchased a meal or training plan, complete corresponding questionnaire below and email to aliwentpaleo@gmail.com

3. If you place your order for a meal or training plan before Wednesday (PST), you will receive your plan by Friday or Saturday. If you send your payment after a Wednesday (PST), I will send you your plan the following week!

Fees are non-refundable since I’m making each plan individually.

Prices/Packages:

Jumpstart Guide: $3.99

4 Week Meal Plan (weekends included): $50

This plan will provide you with 28 full days of meals and snacks (3 meals, and a list of snacks you can partition as you see fit). A grocery list will accompany each week.

**Meals and lists are based on approximately 4-6oz. protein/meal for women and 6-8oz protein/meal for men. All meals and snacks are based on preferences you outlined in your questionnaire.

4 Week Meal Plan (no weekends): $40

Great option if you enjoy a cheat or two on the weekend and just need help organizing your workweek.

This plan will provide you with 20 full days of meals and snacks (3 meals, and a list of snacks you can partition as you see fit). A grocery list with quantities and substitutions will accompany each week.

**Meals and lists are based on approximately 4-6oz. protein/meal for women and 6-8oz protein/meal for men. All meals and snacks are based on preferences you outlined in your questionnaire.

1 Week Meal Plan (weekend included): $20 / (no weekend): $15

This option is great for when you’re in a bind, know your week is going to be hectic, or if you’re bored of chicken and broccoli and just want to mix up your current menu a little.

This plan will provide you with 7 or 5 (depending on your selection) full days of meals and snacks (3 meals, and a list of snacks you can partition as you see fit). A grocery list with quantities and substitutions will accompany each week.

**Meals and lists are based on approximately 4-6oz. protein/meal for women and 6-8oz protein/meal for men. All meals and snacks are based on preferences you outlined in your questionnaire.

4 Week Training Plan (Alone: $50/With a Meal Plan: $25)

I will provide you with 4 weeks of workouts based on the number of days a week you can commit. Workouts will be based on your goals and abilities. Workouts will incorporate strength training, metabolic conditioning, body weight movements, and cardio. Workouts can be tailored for beginners or people who just need to break up the monotony of their own routine and try something new.

1. How many people will you be cooking for? Indicate number of adults/children and their ages.

2. Do you want leftovers for the following day? If so, do you want leftovers for all the people listed in question number 1? Indicate if you need leftovers for a different number (for example, perhaps you have a family of four, but just the adults need leftovers for the next day.)

3. Which plan are you purchasing? All plans include a grocery list based on the number of people you are feeding and leftovers you would like; your meal plan will take into account any specific dietary preference or allergies you mention; and your meal plan will include directions for how to put the meals together or links to specific recipes.

  • 1-week meal plan (weekend included: $20/ no weekend: $15)
  • 4-week meal plan (no weekends: $40)
  • 4-week meal plan (weekend included: $50)

4. Dietary requests: Please indicate any ingredients that are strictly off limits! These can be foods you dislike, allergies, etc. Be specific! I will make sure to exclude these items from your meal plan.

5. (Optional) Special requests? For example, you would really like a dish that includes ____ because you are not sure how to prepare it. Or, what is your favorite dish that ISN’T paleo?

6. Do you cook a lot now? How comfortable are you with cooking on a scale of “basically an expert” to “wtf is a teaspon?” Approximately how much time are you willing to spend cooking? Do you own a slowcooker? Food processor? Blender?

7. I will email all plans out Friday or Saturday of each week with the assumption that you will do your grocery shopping on Sunday. Do you need to receive your meal plan by another day?
